    • Remaining balance must be cleared 7 days before the trip start date.


    Cancellations & Refunds

    • More than 15 days before departure: 100% refund (excluding advance).
    • Less than 15 days: No refund.
    • No refund for no-show, trip abandonment, or early exit.


    Accommodation & Meals

    • Accommodation is on a twin-sharing basis.
    • Single occupancy is available at extra cost (subject to availability).
    • Breakfast and dinner are included.
    • Lunch is at the participant’s own expense during local sightseeing.


    Luggage & Support

    • A support vehicle will be available for luggage and emergency backup.

    • Refunds will exclude non-recoverable expenses such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, and third-party vendor charges.

    2. Cancellation by Sai Tours and Travel

    In rare circumstances where Sai Tours and Travel must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances:

    • A full refund will be processed, or
    • Customers may opt for an alternative trip or reschedule without additional charges.

    3. Refund Processing Time

    • Refunds are processed within [specific timeframe, e.g., 7-10 business days] after the cancellation request has been approved.
    • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the booking.

    4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

    Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

    • Failure to present valid travel documents (e.g., passports, visas).
    • No-shows or late arrivals at the departure point.
    • Trips canceled due to personal reasons after the scheduled departure.

    5. Changes to Bookings

    • Any amendments to bookings (e.g., rescheduling or name changes) may incur additional charges and will be subject to availability.
